Originally from the streets of Philly, the "d" of the dj Playaz has lived a very exciting and crazy life. His musical career started at the age of 4 playing on 3 pitched coke bottles outside of the 42nd street McDonalds. From there he was discovered by well known local artist Dizzy "dean" Donovan who quickly got him playing the nose flute and other various instruments. The rough life of living on the streets really helped him get started on rapping about his troubles. "I haz learned most of me vocabularity from my main man t-funk." says d referring to his long time inspiration and friend.
In 93' he went on his first national tour with t-funk and dizzy, getting high interest among many big time artists such as "Funk-yeah", "What's that smell, must be funk" and "Matchbox 20."
Quickly learning from the best in the business, he developed quite a sound. But something was missing. A weird shaped piece of the puzzle. After trying many things he realized that he must move to Fargo to find the missing link. After a couple years he met the j of the dj Playaz and his life was finally complete. He could now make the great music that you all have been hearing.
